About the Registrar

The Registrar coordinates membership status, proposal intake, ballot issuance, and mirror registration. Artifacts created here are preview-only and meant to be submitted via a signed channel (e.g., PGP email) per the Contact / Join page.

Eligibility

Mirrors publish read-only replicas of ballots, standards, and proof bundles.

Minimum Requirements

  • HTTPS-only; immutable snapshots; signed RSS feed.
  • Daily availability ≥ 99.5% (rolling 30 days).
  • DMCA/SOSL take-down procedures aligned with InfinityWipe channels.

How ballots work

  • Registrar issues an ID and options; mirrors publish snapshots.
  • Members sign off-chain and submit via approved channels.
  • Tally is auditable: each vote references the ballot bundle hash.
Security: This page only creates non-cryptographic previews. Use PGP to sign and submit.

  • All proposals must disclose conflicts of interest.
  • Ballots with missing mirrors are automatically deferred.
  • License amendments require a two-thirds supermajority.
  • InfinityWipe nullification can be triggered for fraudulent artifacts.
Abuse policy: Rogue submissions may be publicly nullified and mirrored for transparency.
